Supper friendly, amiable staff, amazing location so close to both the center of the old and new town as well as the airport, central Edinburgh by bus, and nearby attractions. Also, to town centre by bus. Immaculate units with comfy bed. Tea and cereals available for breakfast.

The setting is great, just next door to a restaurant by yourself as well as the centre of the city, very quiet area. The rooms are en suite and reasonably spacious and the bathrooms are clean.

The guest house has a lovely cozy vibe. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and local shops nearby.

The toilet placement was a bit awkward, requiring one to sit at an angle due to space constraints.

The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, but the steep stairs were a challenge with luggage.

The lack of breakfast and restrictions on food in the room necessitated frequent dining out, which detracted from the convenience. The small TV in the room was adequate for watching, yet not ideal. WiFi accessibility was poor on the second floor, limiting connectivity .

The Small Twin Room was cozy and super clean. I loved the comfy bedding, easy to snooze after exploring. Plus, the view from my window was fine! The TV could have been bigger for a better viewing experience.

The place is quiet, and I loved how clean everything was. The owner, Neil, always had a cute smile, and he gave me some great tips for exploring the area especially the local pubs. The shower pressure was amazing, nothing better after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the overall experience was still acceptable.

Great location in a peaceful area with an awesome pub nearby. Easy to get to the city center by bus or a 20-minute walk. Also close to Blackford Hill, a nice spot to check out. the breakfast here was tasty, especially loved their vegetarian sausages! 🍳
